ASSISTANT MANAGER We're looking for a hands-on leader who is ready to take the next step and help lead our team. Our Assistant Managers help keep the restaurant running smoothly during busy morning service and are willing to jump in wherever they are needed. Responsibilities include: • Lead and support the team during daily operations • Help ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service • Assist with opening and closing procedures• Help train, coach, and motivate team members • Assign and manage daily tasks to keep the team moving efficiently • Step in wherever needed, including cashier, drive-thru, food prep, and kitchen• Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation • Help maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards• Assist with inventory counts and product ordering • Monitor product levels and communicate ordering needs • Help minimize waste and maintain proper food rotation• Handle customer questions and resolve issues professionally • Help maintain a positive and productive team environment • Communicate effectively with ownership and management • Lead by example with strong attendance, work ethic, and customer service ASSISTANT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS • Previous restaurant or supervisory experience required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable giving direction and holding team members accountable • Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented • Able to remain calm and productive during busy periods • Strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable working independently and making decisions when needed• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed • Experience with inventory, ordering, or food-cost control is a plus • Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. regularlySaturday availability is required • Morning availability Tuesday–Saturday CASHIER What you'll do: • Take customer orders inside and outside using our handheld ordering system• Provide friendly, efficient customer service• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions • Communicate effectively with customers and team members • Help keep the restaurant clean, organized, and running smoothly • Work as part of a team while also being able to work independentlyWhat we're looking for: • Must be at least 16 years old • Saturday availability is required • Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday mornings • Reliable transportation • Consistent and dependable attendance • Positive attitude and friendly personality • Customer-service oriented • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented and able to multitask • Works well independently and as part of a team • Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. regularly • Able to stand for extended periods of time • Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment WHAT WE OFFER • Competitive pay + tips — $14+/hour plus tips for cashier (assistant management pay is based on previous experience and will be discussed in person) • Free employee meal every shift • PTO • Convenient morning schedule • Closed Sundays & Mondays • Opportunities for growth and advancementIf you're dependable, energetic, customer-focused, and enjoy being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you!
